please read before placing an order:

this is a DEPOSIT for a personalised jewelry piece.

this deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

● i will contact you via email asap, to discuss further details of your one of a kind piece as well as lead time and pricing.
• please send me a DM with your order number on instagram if you want to chat over Direct Message!

● please give me an idea of what you want your finished piece to look like in your response right away: desired stone type, colour, shape, size, jewelry design, string colour - whatever comes to mind, feel free to send some screenshots! i'm always happy to order new stones in, please keep in mind that this will prolong the waiting time. (+ 3-5 weeks)

● my lead time is 2 to 6 weeks, meaning it'll be 2 to 6 weeks - after payment - till your piece is made and ready to ship! i'll give you a more exact time frame while we're planning your order.

● once we've agreed on a design and price quote i'll send you a link to a listing in my shop - or whatever payment method we've agreed on - payment is due right away.
nothing is reserved until it's paid for.

● your €25,- deposit will be considered in the final pricing of your piece.

● if you've paid a deposit and i try to contact you, but you do not get back to me within 30 days - you will forfeit the deposit and your order will be cancelled.
