Tracked Shipping:
Austria: € 4.20
European Union: € 9.50
Everywhere Else: € 12.50
All ready to ship items will be dispatched 2-5 business days after the order has been placed. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping destination. Please be aware of any delays that might occur within the postal system, as I do not have any control over them.
All parcels are shipped with Austrian Post Registered and are registered and tracked.

Europe: 3 - 14 business days
USA, NZ, everywhere else: 7 to 30 business days (be aware of delays we don't have control over)
Shipping Policies
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
- Please be aware of any shipping delays and allow time for your package to arrive. Parcels can take up to 1 - 4 weeks or longer.
- I cannot guarantee any specific timeframe or date for shipping and package arrivals.
- Once the package leaves my hands at the mail office, I do not have control over it's location, or tracking updates. Tracking info will be sent via email after i've dropped your parcel off.
- I am not responsible for delayed packages, lost packages, packages that are damaged during shipping, custom fees, or packages stuck in customs. Please contact me if there's a problem with your parcel!
- Shipping costs are based off the weight and size of your package. I am not responsible for shipping costs, and cannot change the pricing.
- Please double check that the address you’ve provided is correct, and *translated correctly*. I am not responsible for incorrect addresses, or packages that are shipped to the wrong location due to address conflict.
